Granite Oak Holdings LLC uses text (SMS) messages to communicate with tenants and authorized property contacts about lease administration and billing matters, including:

Monthly rent invoices and payment reminders
Estimated and reconciled CAM (common area maintenance) charge notices
Billing and invoicing questions
Property maintenance coordination

How consent is collected

Tenants provide written consent by supplying a mobile phone number and signing the consent form below, which is included in lease agreements and tenant contact information packets. Phone numbers are never purchased or obtained from third parties, and are used only for the purposes described on this page.

Message frequency, rates, and opting out

Message frequency varies — typically 1–4 messages per month. Message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier plan. Consent is not a condition of your lease. You may opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message, or reply HELP for assistance. Opt-out requests are honored immediately. Your phone number will not be sold or shared with third parties for marketing purposes.
